0:27Now just to give you a little bit of context, I've been doing sales literally

0:30my whole life.

0:32My very first job was a sales job.

0:33I was going door to door selling security systems, which you can imagine was a whole

0:37lot of fun.

0:38I've sold everything from I worked selling beverages, like I've worked selling

0:43electronics.

0:43I've sold, I've done retail, I've done Fortune 500, I've done real estate, and

0:49so I've kind of seen it all.

0:51The one thing that I think we can all agree on when it comes to sales is you

0:54have to ask the right questions.

0:57That's what this will allow you to do.

0:58It will allow you to ask questions, take a customer down the journey to where

1:02they land, and you can speak directly to whatever their pain point is.

1:07As you know in sales, that really is the key to closing people, is really

1:11speaking directly to where they're at and what pain they're in at that moment.
